We started crafting completely unique Persian ice cream in 1974, founded by Ali Kashani-Rafye – known as Haji to his friends in Westwood. Haji’s recipe for rich and fragrant ice cream traveled with him all the way from Tehran, Iran to the United States. Californians have been spellbound ever since by its velvety texture and impossibly delicious flavors.
